# Dashboard

> The operational scoreboard. Reading every panel.

## Maturity band

The hero shows your current maturity level (1–5) plus an N-of-7 count of the NIST SP 800-207 tenets in force. Hovering any tenet surfaces the specific actions that would lift its coverage past θ.

## Operational scoreboard

Six monthly tiles: prompts captured, actions mediated, decisions made, mandates dispensed, denials, confused-deputy events. All reset on the calendar month.

## Activity flow

The Sankey funnel visualizes how prompts cascade into outcomes: prompts → tool calls → decisions → outcomes (allow / approval / deny / step-up / substituted / negotiated).

## Onboarding panels

For new orgs the dashboard surfaces a recommendation hero + five category coverage panels + an expand-to-new-scenario panel. Curated by the recommendation engine + scenario registry.

## Trial summary widget

When you have at least one active trial, the upper-right widget shows count + days-remaining-on-shortest-trial + a one-click upgrade CTA.

## Intelligence strip

Bottom of the page: confused-deputy lead + top intents + top mandates + top denied + anomalies & tripwires.
