1. Add a Custom Profile
In Kandji: Library → Add New → Custom Profile.2. Upload the generated profile
Uploadinviolet-extension.kandji.json. Both stanzas are already included:
- Force-install —
ExtensionInstallForcelistundercom.google.Chrome. - Managed config — the
org.inviolet.extensionpayload undercom.google.Chrome.extensions.<inviolet-extension-id>.
3. Assign to a Blueprint
Assign the Library Item to a Blueprint covering the target Macs.4. Activate + verify
Activate the item — Kandji deploys it on the next agent check-in. On a target Mac, openchrome://policy/ to confirm both entries applied. The extension then
enrolls into your tenant.
